New Orleans historic room 1Room 1 – On the first floor and opening directly onto the courtyard from the main house — the room closest to the hot tub! ! The décor of this room is music themed, with a ukulele resting on the mantel and a guitar displayed in the alcove above. There is a king-size bed and a tub/shower for a lingering soak or a quick rinse to guarantee your relaxation.


New Orleans historic room 1Room 2 –On the ground floor of the Main House off the courtyard, Room 2 has one king bed plus one futon; private bath with shower, and direct access to our breakfast kitchenette. Central air conditioning and heat are shared with the Main House. Room 2 is decorated with the owners treasures from the orient.


New Orleans historic room 3Room 3 – Our "coziest" room is on the second floor of the main house with a view of the courtyard. Room 3 is the perfect escape for the adventurous spirit, eager for a quick shower before heading into the unknown thrills just outside the door! A full-size antique brass bed makes for a dream-inspiring sleep or a quick afternoon nap.


New Orleans historic room 4Room 4 – On the second floor of the main house, Room 4 has dormer windows that look below to Ursuline Avenue. With 2 full-size beds, and a step-in shower, this room is great for a family of three or four or a group of friends here for a good time!


New Orleans historic room 4Room 5 – On the second floor of the main house, overlooking Ursulines Avenue, is Room 5. It has a comfortable queen sized bed, a step-in shower, and ample space for your belongings. It is decorated in calming neutral tones and is a great room to just relax.


New Orleans historic room 6Room 6 – On the second floor of the main house, soft, pastel and plaster walls present Room Six with its view of Ursuline Street. This is the perfect spot for a family or group of friends, with two full-size beds and a step-in shower.


Room 6B – A hostel-style bunk room with a single, platform bunk bed. The room also has a TV and its own small bathroom with a shower. The room itself is very compact and is best suited for students or backpackers travelling alone, or children traveling with their parents. It can be rented alone or as supplement to Room 6. This room is not recommended for anyone who would have trouble climbing into the loft bed.


New Orleans historic room 4Room 7 – Just off the quiet courtyard on the first floor of the historic slave-quarters is Room Seven. Its finished brick floors are covered with ornate rugs and rich red tones. Room Seven has two full-size beds and a step-in shower. It is directly across from the breakfast kitchenette and right next to the charming little fish pond, which if you love the sound of trickling water will lull you right to sleep.


New Orleans historic room 8Room 8 – In the historic slave-quarters, on the first floor opening on to the courtyard is the romantic hide-away Room Eight, with its contempararily neutral plaster walls, traditional queen-sized bedding and a step-in shower, it is a perfect mix of old and new.


New Orleans historic room 9Room 9 –On the first floor of the former slave quarters, room nine opens onto the courtyard right next to the hot tub. It is charmingly decorated in earth tones and pastels with a queen-sized bed and step in shower.


New Orleans historic room 10Room 10 – This second floor room in the original, historic slave quarters has been redecorated in neutral tones with beautiful green faux wrought iron headboards painted onto the wall above each of the two full-sized beds. Its balcony overlooks the courtyard.


New Orleans historic room 11Room 11 –This seaside themed room has a queen-size bed and a step-in shower gets you in and out for the excitement of New Orleans. Located on the second floor of the old slave quarters you have a bird’s-eye view of the intimate courtyard below.


New Orleans historic room 12Room 12 – On the second floor of the former slave quarters this comfortable room is colored in earthy reds, terra cotta, and chocolate brown. The queen-size bed has an antique brass headboard, the private bathroom has a step-in shower, and the balcony has a view of the courtyard. As an added bonus, from room 12, you can hear the soothing water sounds of a fountain in a neighboring courtyard.


New Orleans historic room 14Room 14 – A sort of mini-suite, room fourteen has queen-sized bed, bathtub and shower, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Opening directly onto Ursuline Street, this room allows you easy access to the city’s attractions, but you’ll still have 24-hour access to the courtyard, hot tub, and breakfast kitchenette.


Kitchenettes and Suites


Room 15 – is a 1 bedroom kitchenette with a fully furnished kitchen a queen bed, dining table, large screen TV.


Suite– 2 Bedroom 2 bath Suite-is has a king sized bed and a futon in the master bedroom, and a queen sized bed with a dining table in the second bedroom. This suite can be rented with or without the kitchen.
