Please note that parking in the French Quarter is limited to paid parking lots and is not included in your rate. We do not recommend street parking.

Parking Adjacent to the US Mint Museum is about 3 ½ blocks from the guest house and is a very pleasurable walk through the French Market to Ursuline street. You may even stop into the Old US Mint Museum to learn about Napoleon and other things you may have never known about the French Quarter.

A quick look at our map will prove to you how "right in the heart" of the French Quarter we are. You've heard the term "location, location, location;" well, that phrase aptly describes Ursuline Guest House! We're close enough to walk to the action of Bourbon Street and far enough away to keep the raucous noise at bay. A few steps off the street and you're into the quiet serenity of our lush New Orleans-style courtyard. It will quickly become your sanctuary. We do not have onsite parking but within a safe walking distance is the French Market Parking Facility, and just across the street from the lot is the Old US Mint Museum.

There is a pharmacy, a grocery / deli and a laundry facility in our block, just steps from our front door.

	Famous Bourbon Street is just a 1/2 block away in the heart of the French Quarter.
	The Croissant d'Or (Golden Croissant) Dior is a French patisserie where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and a delicious pastry or a hot croissant sandwich exactly the way it is done in France located ½ block from the guesthouse.
	Mule and horse-drawn carriages glide close by the Ursuline Guest House. You can climb aboard one for a tour of the city! Carriages board at Jackson Square, just a few blocks away..
	The world-famous open-air French Market is about 2 blocks from the Urusline Guest House door. The shopping is wonderful! Everything from cajun spices, beignet mix, exotic coffees to souvenirs and home decor items! Many artists create and display their work here, too!
