Terms of the Ursuline Guest House
in the New Orleans French Quarter
We like to keep our terms and policies at the Ursuline Guest House in New Orleans as simple and uncomplicated as possible. If you have any questions, please don't hesitiate to ask us!
- Mardi Gras, JazzFest and Special Events require one night's payment at the time of booking, with full, non-refundable payment 30 days prior to your stay.
- For regular bookings, due to past experience we have to take one night's deposit to confirm a room.
- To have your one night's deposit refunded, a 5-day cancellation notice is required, subject to a $20.00 fee.
- Mardi Gras and JazzFest require a 4-night minimum stay.
- New Orleans Holidays and Special Events require a 3-night minimum stay. (Please see our Prices page for dates.)
Bed & Breakfast Policies
- Check-in time is normally 2:00pm, but if you arrive early, we'll be happy to offer you coffee in the courtyard until your room is ready for you.
- Check-out time is 11:00am. Whenever possible, we can be flexible, but only with advance notice.
- All rooms in the Ursuline Guest House are non-smoking. However, smoking is permitted in the courtyard.
- Other than that, there is only one rule: Do what you like, but do it quietly. :)
